Had a fantastic experience with East Coast Auto Care! My car died Friday at noon and it was ready to be picked up Monday at 10 am with a new alternator and battery. Communication and customer service were top notch!

If you are looking for an honest Mechanic and one that also is fare on price, then look no further. After speaking with 10 different local Mechanics to replace an Oil pan on one of our Fleet trucks here at Tenax Electrical, every one of them said I needed a new oil pan after looking at the pictures. East Coast was the first one to say "wait a minute, from the pictures it does not look like you need a new oil pan. Come bring it in and let's see". They still quoted a price for the new oil pan just in case it did need one. (and they were cheaper than anyone else also). So, I brough the van in this Friday morning at 8:00, by 9:00 am Ed called me and said we were all done and I did not need a new oil pan. He cleaned everything up under the van, tested everything for leaks and then checked everything else on the van. I was thrilled that it was not going to cost me as much. So, I then asked what the total cost was for today... He informed me "nothing"!! Now take in mind, I have never used them before, they don't know me and I did not know them, yet he still charged nothing!!! That is what I call honest transparent work!! In my experience, I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and interacted with Jennifer at the reception and Ed, the mechanic who handled the inspection. Jennifer was professional and organized, making the process smooth from the start. Communication was clear, and I was able to get in without friction. Ed took the time to inspect the vehicle and explain his findings directly and understandably. I appreciate that they did not charge me for the diagnostic and did not apply pressure to move forward with repairs. Overall, the experience was professional and respectful. I value the transparency and courtesy, and I would recommend them for a check engine light diagnostic.

I have been here on 3 separate occasions and couldn’t recommend them more. The entire team was professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. A special shoutout to Ed, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work and treats customers right, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

I must say this was a great choice!!! I checked the reviews before I even called and I was confident from the great feedback. I’m new to Florida and needed a trustworthy mechanic shop. I had explained to a family member what was going on with my car and they told me what it most likely was. I called East Coast to book an appointment for drop off and Jennifer was so pleasant and helpful. When the day came I dropped my car off and I believe it was Ed, he called me back in a few hours and told me exactly what my family member told me, I was blown away. He got the job done the same back and I had my car back that same afternoon!!!! I was so happy and it felt great to be serviced by trustworthy people!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!!

After about a year of trying to figure out my issues with my LS3 4th gen Camaro build, I finally towed it to Josh and team for help. They had it all figured out in just a few hours. Knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonable prices.
